The great share of the class content was dedicated to communication processes and obstacles which Product Owners meet when trying to find the balance between clients and teams. A great attention was paid to the right implementation of the iterative and Lean approaches, MVP and MMP models.

The role of the Product Owner requires a deep understanding of estimations and how they are done. Geir Amsjø highlighted the importance of the iterative approach and quick feedbacks from the client’s side.

The class was flavored with exercises and practical activities. All participants were welcomed to share their experience. This helped them in receiving feedback from the trainer and colleagues who might have faced a similar issue. A great advantage of Geir Amsjø is his rich practical experience he is willing to share. Participants admitted that he had never given a standard answer to any question, but tried to understand and dive deep into each case to come up with customized and valuable piece of advice.
