Agile Dojo. Delegation - Skopje
We are inviting you to the first ever Agile Dojo Meetup in Skopje!
What is it about?
The word Dojo (do – path; jo – place) originates from Buddhism. In Japanese traditional martial arts ‘dojo’ means a place to study and a path to self-improvement.
Agile Dojo – is a brand new format of Agile Meetup, which involves teamwork, experience exchange, learning and self-improvement.
Topic – Delegation
Delegation is a key skill for those who want to be more efficient and quickly advance in their professional and personal goals.
During the training you will learn:
- Advantages of delegation (why you need to practice it)
- What prevents you from delegation (spoiler: that might be actually you)
- What tasks are worth delegating and to whom
- Key steps and levels of delegation
How will the meet-up look like?
The training will consist of two parts: theoretical and practical – the participants will be able to apply their new knowledge to real–life scenarios.
